Infusing ‘Drip Masters’ with New Website Copywriting
Currently in the process of updating their website, Drip Masters IV Expert Nurses is looking to better promote its at-home infusion therapy services across Connecticut, Rhode Island, and western Massachusetts. Part of the project involves updating how they speak about their brand, and I’ve been able to put a new shine on their marketing efforts with elegant, updated copywriting.
The Insight & Execution:
While the client’s original copy spoke about its ability to administer specialty medications, all the information on the treatments it provides (ranging from daily infusions to PICC management and TPN admissions) needed better organization and a coat of paint.
While my team members looked at how to flesh out Drip Masters’ site map, I dug into the storytelling that would create demand among patients and their families. Why did patients need in-home therapy? What problems would they face, and how could I promote the expertise of the nurses in a way that added value to audiences’ lives?
My approach was to separate pages to clearly describe each of Drip Masters’ services, with one page dedicated to how the client’s team of infusion nurses could serve as advocates, bridging the gap between patient needs, doctors’ treatment plan formation (and adjustment), and the insurance providers who have to approve coverage of the treatment costs.
The Result:
Moving forward, Drip Masters Expert IV Nurses has web copy that clearly illustrates the brand’s values to New England patients. It also serves as a strong foundation that the client can use to build their brand storytelling and further differentiate themselves from other regional infusion therapy providers.
